Harinder Mohan personifies the American Dream as he travelled from India with his wife, Neeta, in the late 60's and began his journey in Brantford, ON. Through humble beginnings, Harinder worked in a factory for pennies on the dollar and progressed very quickly to lead roles based on his willingness to do what others were not willing to do.

Working double shifts and no intention to settle, Harinder kept is eye on other entrepreneurial pursuits and opportunistically discovered his entry into the hotel universe via the tiny town of Santee, SC. A 15 room hotel that he and Neeta ran from A to Z. With no option for failure, the rest as they say, is history.

Amit Mohan

Born and raised in South Carolina, Amit started developing his career in hospitality at a very young age. After graduating from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina; Amit furthered his hospitality industry education by earning positions at AAA Diamond awarded locations in the Charleston, SC area and has applied the same AAA Diamond standards and principles in MDK operations. From maintenance to general manager, Amit’s knowledge of the industry and commitment to customer satisfaction is driven from his experience across every department.

Amit earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel. Amit is also a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and Certified in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.

Bobby Dhillon

With over 20 years of executive sales experience in hospitality and technology, Bobby's passion for hotel ownership and management boasts an impressive resume’ of brand affiliations in which he led sales teams. The list includes world renown names that exemplify customer service such as The Ritz-Carlton, Rosewood Hotels, The Mandarin Oriental and the W. With his focus on sales profitability, hotel operations and managing the customer experience, Bobby is a firm believer in treating the hotel employees like customers and this in turn creates a positive experience for the guests.

When he is not working, Bobby loves spending time with his beautiful wife and three energetic sons, traveling and attempting to play golf whenever time allows.
